My name is Russell L. Hale II, and I am a highly creative and imaginative writer who can turn your Dreams into Written Reality.
I have over 30 years experience in writing plays, screenplays, short stories, prose and poetry. For now, my site contains Poetry that I have written over the years, but will soon include excerpts from screenplays I have written as well.
I can also translate Spanish-English, and English-Spanish, (35 years experience). I also have a high comprehension of Portuguese, with a willingness to learn/explore any other Language as well.
I was born overseas to American Parents who were attached to the US Department of State's Foreign Service. As a result, I have traveled Worldwide several times over, and have experienced many things, some of which are fairly normal, others which have been (and are...) truly amazing, and a few that were unbelievable.
I also have five years experience as a Spanish Linguist for the US Navy, where I translated and wrote intelligence reports for National consumers.
Following the Navy, I embarked on a 20 year career in the Entertainment Industry as a production technician..but that is a whole other story, and there are plenty of stories there too...
I am meticulous in my writing, as well as my proofreading. Some have said that I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)when it comes to my proofreading and spelling/grammar checking. I also tend to be a human thesaurus when needed.
